Le massage peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 avec sans cr\u00e8me grasse et nourrissante. En cas d\u2019\u0153d\u00e8me, le drainage lymphatique peut \u00eatre pratiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Action sur la mobilit\u00e9 des <\/strong><a><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/sclerodermie.net\/2011\/10\/latteinte-des-articulations-dans-la-sclerodermie-systemique\/\"><strong>articulations<\/strong><\/a><a href=\"#_msocom_2\">[GP2]<\/a>&nbsp;<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9\u00e9ducation des \u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sclerodermie.net\/2013\/12\/la-main-sclerodermique\/\">mains<\/a>\u00a0est capitale pour conserver\/r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer des capacit\u00e9s fonctionnelles satisfaisantes. Ce travail peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 sur bicyclette ergom\u00e9trique ou sur stepper. Les&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/sclerodermie.net\/2013\/12\/les-plaies\/\">plaies<\/a>&nbsp;peuvent emp\u00eacher certains exercices ou la mise en piscine, etc\u2026 le ma\u00eetre-mot c\u2019est : <strong>s\u2019adapter.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La g\u00eane respiratoire peut venir de l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sclerodermie.net\/index.php\/les-poumons\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"80\">atteinte pulmonaire<\/a>\u00a0mais plus souvent de l\u2019atteinte des muscles utilis\u00e9s dans la respiration, voire de la peau qui limite l\u2019amplitude de la cage thoracique.
